A -Contact Leather Direct at 801-994-1820. They can assist you in all repair and replacement issues, both in and out of warranty, for all of the products we sell. - Q - Where can I locate a particular style of furniture so I can try it out before purchasing?

You can also find a list of local Berkline dealers at www.berkline.com using their dealer locator. - Q - Where can I find a manufacturer suggested retail price for the furniture I am interested in?
A -BERKLINE does not establish a "Manufacturers suggested retail price". Individual dealers establish their own prices, (Which can be as much as 300%) Leather-Direct does not take that Markup!!Our goal is to offer the best service and have the best prices anywhere. A -Berkline's factory warranty is 1 year "bumper to bumper" parts and labor, then a lifetime parts warranty on the frame and mechanism. Leather Direct Extends that warranty to 5 years :bumper to bumper" parts and labor.
