2. Q - I know to contact Leather-Direct.Com for product under warranty. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my furniture after my warranty expires?
   
   A -Contact Leather Direct at 801-994-1820. They can assist you in all repair and replacement issues, both in and out of warranty, for all of the products we sell.
3. Q - Where can I locate a particular style of furniture so I can try it out before purchasing?
   
   A -Call Sales at Leather-Direct.com for assistance. We can usually refer you to a local dealer or previous customer that has similar products and/ or samples. You can also find a list of local Berkline dealers at www.berkline.com using their dealer locator.
4. Q - Where can I find a manufacturer suggested retail price for the furniture I am interested in?
   
   A -BERKLINE does not establish a "Manufacturers suggested retail price". Individual dealers establish their own prices, (Which can be as much as 300%) Leather-Direct does not take that Markup!!Our goal is to offer the best service and have the best prices anywhere. In fact, we have a best price guarantee.
5. Q - How can I find out details about the Berkline furniture I am interested in?
   
   A -Look on our web site under the appropriate heading and click on details. This will pull up a deatailed .pdf file you can save or print. If you cannot find the information you need, or if you prefer to speak to us personally, just give us a call or send us an e-mail. We would love to hear from you.
6. Q - What is the warranty on the reclining mechanism, fabric, and related parts?
   
   A -Berkline's factory warranty is 1 year "bumper to bumper" parts and labor, then a lifetime parts warranty on the frame and mechanism. Leather Direct Extends that warranty to 5 years :bumper to bumper" parts and labor.
